The Council met at 4PM on January 14, 2010 at the Town Hall. Present were
: Maureen Banner, Susan Johnson, Kit Patten, Wendy Jensen, Kathryn Roberts and John Heffernan.
In view of the additional funds available for Grants, previous award decisions were reviewed and increases in grants were made where it seemed appropriate. Then, previously declined applications were reviewed and, in several cases, added to the approval list. These applicants will be advised of this action and then included when the amount of the awards is finalized.
Attention was turned to potential events for presentation later this year. Several individuals and organizations were discussed. It was agreed that further discussion and suggestion would be a topic at our next meeting, scheduled for January 28, 2010, at 4PM at the Town Hall Meeting Room.
